Hawks' Scott upgraded to questionable for Saturday, Schroder out again

Brett Davis-USA TODAY Sports

It's a tale of two toes for the Atlanta Hawks.

Reserve forward Mike Scott went through a full practice Friday and has been listed as questionable for Atlanta's game Saturday against the Brooklyn Nets. Scott has missed the Hawks' last 11 games with a severely sprained left big toe, and coach Mike Budenholzer told reporters Scott is getting close to a return.

On the other foot, the bad news for the Hawks is reserve point guard Dennis Schroder will miss his second straight game Saturday - with a sprained toe.

Both players are key contributors off the East-leading Hawks' bench, with Scott averaging 7.5 points and 2.7 rebounds in 15.8 minutes per game, while the 21-year-old German Schroder puts up 9.8 points and 4.2 assists in 19.7 minutes.
