The Spartans were in good company the night before their Final Four matchup against Duke on Saturday.
Magic Johnson, Mateen Cleaves and Steve Smith - three Michigan State basketball alumni - stopped by the team's hotel to wish them well as they look to make it to their first national title game since 2009.
Johnson led the Spartans to a national title in 1979, Cleaves was the captain of the 2000 squad that earned Michigan State's last national championship, and Smith stayed with Michigan State for four years and finished as the all-time leading scorer before turning pro.
No. 7 Michigan State faces No. 1 Duke at 6:09 pm ET.
