Orioles GM: 'Robust' trade market exists for Brian Matusz

Brian Matusz likely won't be in a Baltimore Orioles uniform for long.

A robust trade market exists for the left-hander, general manager Dan Duquette told CBS Sports' Jon Heyman.

The O's have been shopping Matusz for over a week, and the New York Mets are one of many teams interested in him. Southpaw relievers Wesley Wright and Zach Britton are already on the roster, making Matusz expendable.

Matusz, who went 2-3 with a 3.48 ERA in 63 appearances for Baltimore last year, is set to make $3.2 million this season, and will be a free agent at season's end.
