Mavericks' Stoudemire fined 15K for verbally abusing an official

Dallas Mavericks power forward Amar'e Stoudmire has been fined $15,000 for verbally abusing an official and failing to leave the court in a timely manner upon his ejection during Friday's loss to the Memphis Grizzlies.

Stoudemire picked up two technicals and was ejected during the third quarter after arguing with a referee following an offensive foul call. The veteran was incensed with the call, which looked to be a clear flop by Grizzlies swingman Tony Allen.
