Wisconsinites love themselves some Aaron Rodgers.
Public Policy Polling surveyed 1,071 Wisconsin residents and found that 79 percent have a favorable opinion of the Green Bay Packers quarterback, with only six percent holding a negative opinion.
There is only one thing more popular in the state than Rodgers: cheese. Eighty percent of those surveyed said they have a favorable opinion of cheese, while only five percent gave it a negative vote. Beer also fared well, finishing with a 65 percent favorable vote.
Rodgers' vote is actually down from 2011, when he had an 89 percent favorable opinion in Wisconsin, according to ESPN's Darren Rovell. That year, Abraham Lincoln and Jesus Christ edged out Rodgers as the most popular personalities.
