Former Washington Redskins outside linebacker Brian Orakpo has signed with the Tennessee Titans.

Orakpo, considered one of the top pass-rushers in this year's free-agent class, signed a four-year deal worth $32 million, with $13.5 million guaranteed, according to Mike Garafolo of FOXSports.

The 28-year-old has struggled with injuries of late, appearing in a total of 24 games over the past three years, but his complete skill set has long made him both a productive pass rusher and run defender.

Orakpo played 15 games in the 2013, recording 10 sacks and forcing three turnovers, forcing the Redskins to use the franchise tag on him ahead of the 2014 campaign.
