11. Minnesota Vikings - Amari Cooper, WR, Alabama

Though he may not be the top receiver off the board, it won't take long for Cooper to have his name called. The Vikings get a young receiver they can pair with Teddy Bridgewater for the foreseeable future, giving the offense a solid foundation.

12. Cleveland Browns - Danny Shelton, DT, Washington

The Browns need a receiver in the worst way, but having two first-round picks allows them to go in a different direction with at least one. Here, Cleveland addresses its weak run defense with one of the top interior linemen in this class. Shelton would start at nose tackle and contribute as an every-down player from Day 1.

13. New Orleans Saints - Shane Ray, DE/OLB, Missouri

Ray slides a bit more than expected with some other talented edge defenders going at the top of this draft, but he doesn't get past the Saints. Ray fits as an outside linebacker on the weak side in New Orleans' 3-4 scheme and should be the kind of impact pass rusher their defense desperately needs.

14. Miami Dolphins - DeVante Parker, WR, Louisville

With the Dolphins clearing out their receiving corps, taking a wide receiver in the first round just makes too much sense. In DeVante Parker, they get the kind of big-bodied target capable of winning at the catch point that can be incredibly helpful to Ryan Tannehill.

15. San Francisco 49ers - Malcom Brown, DT, Texas

If the 49ers are to continue their defensive success under the new coaching staff, they'll have to make sure the front seven remains a strength. Brown is a versatile player that would bring some production to San Francisco's interior pass rush.

16. Houston Texans - Jalen Collins, CB, LSU

The Texans need to solidify the back end of their defense heading into 2015 and adding Collins in the first round would be a great start. Though he didn't have the most starting experience in college, Collins has everything teams are looking for in a cornerback.

17. San Diego Chargers - Landon Collins, S, Alabama

The Chargers could certainly stand to address their offensive line, but this year's lone first-round talent at safety falling to this spot presents an opportunity they can't pass up. Pairing Collins with Eric Weddle on the back end could quickly give San Diego one of the league's best secondaries.

18. Kansas City Chiefs - La'el Collins, OT, LSU

Wide receiver will be a popular pick here - and for good reason, considering the Chiefs' historic lack of production from the position in 2014. At the same time, offensive line is also a fairly significant need and Collins has plenty of value at this point.

19. Cleveland Browns (via Buffalo) - Jaelen Strong, WR, Arizona State

With their second of two first-round picks, the Browns make an expected move and address a glaring need at receiver. Strong isn't the fastest wideout in this draft, but he catches absolutely everything thrown his way. Whether it's Josh McCown or Johnny Manziel in the starting lineup, the quarterback can certainly lean on that kind of ability.

20. Philadelphia Eagles - Marcus Peters, CB, Washington

Only taking pure on-field talent into consideration, the argument can be made for Peters as the top overall cornerback in this class. This is a great spot for him if he can answer the off-field questions teams are certain to have, as he would address a significant need for the Eagles heading into the 2015 season.
