Ducks place Rene Bourque on waivers
Geoff Burke / USA TODAY Sports
Rene Bourque was placed on waivers by the Ducks on Sunday, Elliotte Friedman of Hockey Night In Canada reports.
Analysis:
Bourque has found himself a healthy scratch more often than not recently, and it has finally led to him being place on waivers. It's possible that he will stick around with the team if he clears waivers, but the team's intention at this point is a bit unclear.
