Report: Colts' Reggie Wayne undergoes surgery for torn triceps

Pat Lovell / USA TODAY Sports

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Reggie Wayne has undergone surgery to repair a torn triceps, as reported by Ian Rapoport of NFL Media.

Wayne dealt with the injury for most of the 2014 season and will now go through the rehab process as he determines whether to return for a 15th NFL season.

Though the 36-year-old's production has dropped off, he could certainly still have an impact on the Colts' offense if healthy heading into next season.

Wayne has played his entire career in Indianapolis and sits eighth on the NFL's all-time receiving list with 14,345 yards.
