Report: Coyotes' Michalek has concussion; could affect trade value

Zbynek Michalek remains the subject of trade rumors as the Arizona Coyotes approach the trade deadline, but his value is apparently being complicated by a recent injury.
Michalek missed his fourth game Tuesday with what the team is calling an upper-body injury, but TSN's Bob McKenzie reported the injury is actually a concussion, which will likely affect the return Arizona can expect for the veteran blue-liner.
McKenzie still believes Michalek will be moved by the deadline because of his pending unrestricted free agent status, but the Coyotes might have to accept a deal involving a conditional draft pick that improves depending on how many games Michalek plays.
