Iowa offensive lineman Brandon Scherff was forced to withdraw from on-field drills at the NFL Scouting Combine after suffering a hamstring injury, as announced on the NFL Network broadcast Friday.
Widely considered to be one of the top offensive lineman in this year's class and a potential top-10 pick, Scherff put together an impressive performance in movement drills before being forced to the sidelines.
The 23-year-old put up 23 bench-press reps on Thursday and posted an official 40-time of 5.05 on Friday morning.
