Report: Seahawks' Russell Wilson could receive fully guaranteed contract

The Seattle Seahawks have long been preparing to make Russell Wilson one of the NFL's highest-paid players, but they may even opt to take things one step further in demonstrating confidence in their franchise quarterback.
As negotiations toward a contract extension progress, the possibility of Wilson and the Seahawks agreeing to a fully guaranteed contract is very real, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
While the total value of Wilson's contract would be lower in such a situation, the amount of guaranteed money involved would likely shatter previous record marks regardless.
One way or another, the Seahawks appear more than ready to both reward and bet on Wilson after helping the organization to consecutive Super Bowl appearances.
