Broncos' Gary Kubiak on Peyton Manning: 'I'm expecting him to come back'
Add Denver Broncos head coach Gary Kubiak to the growing list of people who believe Peyton Manning will return in 2015.
“I’m expecting him to come back,” Kubiak told the Mike Klis of the Denver Post. “We want to play with him. This organization has won a lot of games with him and we want to get back and do it again. Expecting him to come back.”
It seems highly likely that Manning will play at least one more season before retiring and so Kubiak doesn't seem to mind waiting for a definitive answer.
“I don’t think there's any hold up at all,” Kubiak said. “He and John are working through the process. That's been the plan all along, the way I understand it.”
Reports have indicated that pending a physical, Manning is all set to return to the Broncos, with a price-tag of $19 million in 2015.
