VIDEO: Steelers' James Harrison might have world's strongest arms
Charles LeClaire / USPRESSWIRE
Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker James Harrison retired from football last year at age 36, only to be lured back to the game by the team he made his name with.
Based on a video Harrison posted to Instagram on Friday, he looks more than capable of returning to play in his age-37 season. This is absolutely ridiculous:
For those unfamiliar with weightlifting, those are two 45-pound weights on a 45-pound barbell. That totals 135 pounds. Harrison lifts it with one arm with ease.
