Browns' Buster Skrine plans to test free agency

Cleveland Browns cornerback Buster Skrine impressed in 2014 and he wants to see if that will earn him a lucrative contract in free agency.

Skrine emerged with four interceptions and 18 passes defensed last season.
The Browns should have plenty of cap space to make him an offer, but it appears Skrine plans to keep his options open.
