21. Cincinnati Bengals - Dorial Green-Beckham, WR, Oklahoma

Green-Beckham will have plenty of questions to answer after some off-field issues and a previous dismissal from Missouri had him sit out the 2014 season, but he certainly has first-round talent. With the Bengals offense struggling the way it did when A.J. Green was out, their need for another consistent threat at the wide receiver position became extremely apparent.

22. Pittsburgh Steelers - Marcus Peters, CB, Washington

Like several others in this first round, Peters comes with his share of off-field concerns. However, he is also undoubtedly a top prospect based on his football ability, and could very well be one of the most talented players in this class overall. The Steelers address one of the most glaring holes on the roster with this pick, getting the defense headed back in the right direction.

23. Detroit Lions - Andrus Peat, OT, Stanford

With a dominant defense and plenty of offensive weapons to work with, all that's missing in Detroit is an offensive line. Peat could start on either side of the unit right away, giving the offense a sizable boost in the running game and making an impact as a pass protector for quarterback Matthew Stafford.

24. Arizona Cardinals - Eli Harold, DE/OLB, Virginia

As good as the Cardinals' defense was in 2014, they'll need to find a strong edge rusher to build on their success heading into next season. Harold gives them just that as an outside linebacker in their 3-4 front, and would allow the unit to create more natural pressure in the passing game.

25. Carolina Panthers - Ereck Flowers, OT, Miami (FL)

The Panthers should do everything possible to add talent around Cam Newton, and it all starts up front. Flowers is another tackle prospect that can be considered raw, but the physical ability he's shown is everything NFL teams want on their offensive lines.

26. Baltimore Ravens - Maxx Williams, TE, Minnesota

Easily the top tight end in this year's draft, Williams gives the Ravens the kind of player that can stretch the field down the seams. With the future of Dennis Pitta very much unclear after another hip injury, Williams being on the board is too good of a fit to pass up.

27. Dallas Cowboys - Melvin Gordon, RB, Wisconsin

The Cowboys will have some trouble retaining DeMarco Murray, but they'd have to be thrilled to see this year's top running back on the board for their pick. Gordon would step into a great situation behind a dominant offensive line and could help the running game to continue its high-level production in 2015 and beyond.

28. Denver Broncos - Benardrick McKinney, LB, Mississippi State

It's time that the Broncos find a long-term solution at middle linebacker, and McKinney gives them exactly that with plenty of value here at the bottom of the first round. Productive against the run and pass, McKinney should be a solid three-down contributor at the next level.

29. Indianapolis Colts - Malcolm Brown, DT, Texas

The Colts' offsense will always be strong with Andrew Luck under center, but the defense is another story. With this pick, Indianapolis gets an athletic and versatile player in Brown that can become a disruptive force at a number of positions across the defensive front.

30. Green Bay Packers - Eric Kendricks, LB, UCLA

The Packers' run defense was a mess before Clay Matthews made the mid-season transition to inside linebacker, and that's certainly not where the team will want to keep him going forward. Adding a physical three-down linebacker like Kendricks will give Green Bay a long-term solution inside and could allow them to part ways with some fairly expensive veterans at the position.

31. Seattle Seahawks - Devin Funchess, WR, Michigan

Russell Wilson has established himself as one of the NFL's best young quarterbacks, but he just doesn't have the complementary weapons in the passing game at this point. Though the jump to the pro level could make for a difficult transition, Funchess' size and athletic ability gives him the potential to become a No. 1 target in the passing game.

32. New England Patriots - Arik Armstead, DE, Oregon

If there's one thing the Patriots love with their defensive players, it's versatility. Armstead has the necessary size and skill set to be a productive player at several positions across the defensive front, and his overall athletic ability gives him an incredibly high ceiling at the pro level.
