Missouri's Tramaine Isabell suspended indefinitely

Dak Dillon / USA TODAY Sports

Point guard Tramaine Isabell was noticeably absent from the Tigers' bench in Missouri's 67-47 loss to Mississippi on Saturday.

Head coach Kim Anderson told media after the game that the freshman was suspended.

"Before we start, I know some of you probably want to ask about Tramaine, so I'll make this statement right now then I don't really want to talk about him anymore,” said Anderson. "(I) withheld him today from competition due to his ongoing behavior on the court. His behavior toward our coaches and teammates at times has been unacceptable.

"It has nothing to do with his game, but just with his behavior and his attitude, and we’ll re-evaluate the situation as time goes on. That’s really all I want to say about that."

Isabell is averaging 4.5 points and 1.4 rebounds per game.
