The New York Rangers experienced a scare early in the second period of Saturday's game against the Carolina Hurricanes, when a shot got under Henrik Lundqvist's mask and hit him in the throat.
Lundqvist was in a lot of discomfort as Rangers trainers attended to him and Cam Talbot began stretching out for a relief appearance, but Lundqvist recovered and stayed in the game.
