New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady earned himself yet another spot in the NFL record books.

With his third touchdown of Sunday's Super Bowl against the Seattle Seahawks - a four-yard strike to Danny Amendola - Brady notched his 12th-career Super Bowl touchdown pass, breaking Joe Montana's record for the most in league history.

The score also gave Brady his third-career three-touchdown Super Bowl performance. He finished with four touchdowns and 328 yards, completing 37 passes - another Super Bowl record - on 50 attempts, and though Brady threw two interceptions, he was still named Super Bowl MVP for the third time in his career.
