The blue-liner left last Tuesday's game against the Philadelphia Flyers after being hit from behind by Zac Rinaldo, who has a hearing scheduled with the Department of Player Safety for Monday.
Letang reportedly experienced concussion symptoms as a result of the hit. He missed Wednesday's loss to the Chicago Blackhawks.
Letang told reporters after Monday's practice he passed concussion tests, feels good and may play Tuesday against the Winnipeg Jets.
Head coach Mike Johnston, however, later clarified that Letang practiced in a limited capacity and has not yet been cleared to play.
