Deflated ball ruling expected in next few days

The NFL is expected to issue a ruling in the investigation into whether the New England Patriots illegally used deflated footballs in Sunday's AFC Championship Game in the next two to three days.
NFL vice president of football operations Troy Vincent confirmed the NFL is investigating the matter and provided the timeline for a resolution in an interview on NBC Sports' PFT Live on Tuesday.
Vincent didn't say what the punishment might be if the Patriots are determined to have broken a league rule, but said protecting the integrity of the game is important for the league.
