Penguins estimate that Patric Hornqvist will miss 3 more weeks
Ace Pittsburgh Penguins volume shooter Patric Hornqvist is expected to miss a bit more time than originally thought.
The Penguins winger hasn't played since Dec. 27 as a result of a lower-body injury. While he was initially expected to be out for only a couple of weeks, based on the update Penguins head coach Michael Johnston provided on Monday, it would seem that Hornqvist is poised to miss more than a month of action, all told:
Johnston says Letang had maintenance day, estimates Hornqvist and Comeau likely will miss about three more weeks.

Hornqvist, 28, has been a revelation playing mostly on Sidney Crosby's right wing. In his first season with the Penguins the net-front specialist has shoveled in 16 goals and totaled 29 points in 33 games.
