Report: Rex Ryan to interview with Falcons on Tuesday

The Atlanta Falcons are scheduled to interview Rex Ryan on Tuesday for the their vacant head coaching position, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports.

Ryan previously interviewed with the Falcons following the 2007 season, when the team hired Mike Smith. According to Rapoport, owner Arthur Blank was a huge fan of Ryan back then, which should bode well for his chances this time around.

Ryan is also a rumored candidate for the San Francisco 49ers' head coaching vacancy and will reportedly meet with the team Sunday.
