Shawn Marion sitting out again Wednesday for paper-thin Cavs
It might be more efficient to start publishing news on who is playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday rather than who isn't.
Already short LeBron James, Kevin Love and Anderson Vareajo, the suddenly thin Cavs will also be missing Shawn Marion for a second consecutive game due to a sprained left ankle.
The Cavaliers rotation is going to look quite strange Wednesday against the Milwaukee Bucks without four of their starters and Kyrie Irving should ready himself to carry a heavy load. Cleveland will likely be forced to go small with so few healthy bigs, but Marion's absence thins out the wing rotation, too.
In 30 games, Marion is averaging career-lows of 5.6 points, 3.5 rebounds, 1.1 assists and 23.1 minutes, playing as if he's lost a step or two at age 36. Still, he remains versatile defensively and the team's defense has been appreciably better when he's on the floor.
