Spurs' Leonard still not ready to return to action
Troy Taormina-USA TODAY Sports
Kawhi Leonard has got to be hoping 2015 will give him a hand.
The torn ligament in Leonard's right hand will keep him out of his ninth consecutive game New Year's Eve as the San Antonio Spurs host the New Orleans Pelicans.
Head coach Gregg Popovich has been alternating Marco Belinelli in a three-guard lineup or going with Kyle Anderson up front in Leonard's absence.
The Spurs are also still missing point guard Tony Parker, who is dealing with a lingering hamstring issue.
