49ers' Frank Gore didn't return vs. Seahawks with concussion

San Francisco 49ers running back Frank Gore did not return to Sunday's game against the Seattle Seahawks with a concussion. 

Gore rushed for a touchdown in the second quarter, giving the 49ers a 7-3 lead. 

Carlos Hyde briefly took carries in Gore's absence before leaving the game with an apparent leg injury.
