VIDEO: Katy Perry is a pretty good college football picker

That's after an energetic and eccentric Katy Perry was surprisingly accurate as she appeared on the show as its guest picker in Oxford, Miss.

The pop star admitted that No. 3 Ole Miss's game against No. 7 Alabama was the first college game she attended. Still, she accurately predicted seven of nine winners on Saturday, good for a score of nearly 80 percent.

First, she correctly said No. 3 Mississippi State would beat No. 14 Texas A&M and followed up with a wrong pick of Tennessee over Florida. She then made another correct pick: No. 2 Auburn over LSU, and wrongly predicted No. 11 Oklahoma would beat No. 9 TCU.

Her only "Toss Up" went down as No. 6 Notre Dame vs. No. 25 Stanford, although we'll give her the benefit of the doubt since she did say "I really like gold helmets ... I'm going to go with the gold helmets."

She also ended up diving off a table at a bar in Oxford later that night, so let's assume the post-game partying went even better:
