Detroit Lions linebacker Stephen Tulloch left in the second quarter of Sunday's game against the Green Bay Packers with an apparent knee injury suffered celebrating a sack.
Tulloch was replaced by Tahir Whitehead after walking off under his own power and it appears as though he will not return to the game.
