Chicago Bears cornerback Charles Tillman exited Sunday night's game against the San Francisco 49ers following a collision with Michael Crabtree, and the news isn't good.

Tillman missed eight games last season with a torn right triceps, and he was visibly emotional on the sideline after coming out.

The Bears have had a lot of trouble on defense over the last two seasons, so being without Tillman for an extended period of time would be devastating for an already reeling squad.
