Analysis:
Candace Buckner, of the Indy Star, later tweeted that George had undergone a successful surgery to insert a pin and that no new damage was found, which is a good sign. Still, it is highly likely George misses the entire 2014-15 season, as it will take around six months for him to be fully healed and cleared for basketball activities. C.J. Miles, Chris Copeland, Solomon Hill and rookie Damjan Rudez could all see increased playing time in George's absence, with Miles or Hill the likely biggest beneficiary.
