Michigan's Glasgow sentenced to 12 months probation for impaired driving

After pleading guilty to operating a vehicle while visibly impaired last month, Michigan offensive lineman Graham Glasgow was sentenced to 12 months probation Monday, per The Detroit News.

As part of the sentence, Glasgow will have to perform six days of community service and will be subject to substantial fines.

"I made a mistake," Glasgow told judge Joseph Burke. "I let a lot of people down. I'm sorry. This is an opportunity to learn from the mistake and never let this happen again."

Glasgow will be barred from drinking alcohol and subject to random testing. He will also have to attend a MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) meeting as well as counseling.

Glasgow, who started 13 games for the Wolverines last season, was already suspended for Michigan's season opener against Appalachian State following his arrest.
