Clearly irked by Chris Davis' lack of production this season, the Baltimore Orioles opted not to congratulate the slumping slugger after his fifth-inning solo shot against the Texas Rangers on Wednesday night.

Davis, who led the majors with 96 extra-base hits in 2013, entered Wednesday's contest hitting just .094 (3-for-32) with 16 strikeouts and three walks over his previous eight games.
