Dave Joerger on staying with Grizzlies: 'This is where I want to be'
On Sunday afternoon, a flurry of reports surfaced about Dave Joerger's decision to remain with the Memphis Grizzlies.
A few hours later, Joerger spoke about his decision with Ron Tillery of the Memphis Commercial Appeal:

Joerger on Pera convo: Open and honest. All the cards were on the table. The guy wants to win. You could feel it come through the phone.

As for Joerger's players, they're just "waiting for everything to die down," as Grizzlies point guard Mike Conley put it.
The Grizzlies underwent a few sizeable changes in the front-office already this offseason, as a dispute between management and ownership led to the dismissal of CEO Jason Levien and assistant GM Stu Lash.
