Blackhawks coach Quenneville makes testy gesture after missed delay of game call

In double overtime of Thursday night's Game 1 between the St. Louis Blues and the Chicago Blackhawks, the Blues, already down a man for delay of game, sent a puck over the glass. While the puck appeared to have gone out cleanly, the referees ruled that it had hit Blackhawks forward Andrew Shaw - a call that denied the Blackhawks a two-man advantage at a critical juncture.
Blackhawks coach Joel Quenneville didn't agree with the call, and got irate and demonstrative reacting to it. During the outburst, Quenneville appeared to point suggestively at his nether regions:
