PHOTO: Peyton Manning masters multitasking

Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning is known as one of the most cerebral players to ever play the game.  Pictures like the one below only serve to illustrate that point.

According to the Broncos official website the picture comes from earlier in the season when Manning was sitting out practice with an ankle injury.

While Manning soaked his injured ankle in the cold tub, he listened in on the play calls from practice by wearing his helmet.  Manning would then relay the calls to tight end Julius Thomas who was also getting work done in the training room.  This way the two were able to stay up to date on the game plan.

However, even that wasn't enough for Peyton as he also reviewed game tape on his iPad at the same time.  Just more proof that Manning prepares unlike anyone else in the league, not that you needed it.
