Jason Karmanos was fired for irreconcilable differences
The Carolina Hurricanes situation keeps getting better. The firing of 15-year assistant general manager Jason Karmanos came from a family disagreement.
All indications are Jason Karmanos' firing came as result of a family squabble. No legal or other issues apparently involved.

General manager Jim Rutherford declined to comment citing the same reason as owner, and father to Karmanos, Peter Karmanos Jr. as the issue is a "family matter".
