Stephen Harper: Joins Hull City

Hull signed Harper to a one-year contract after the player left Newcastle at the end of last season, reports the Daily Mail.

Harper has played for a number of clubs on loan while at Newcastle, moving in and out of favor with the squad. He will compete with Allan McGregor for playing time at Hull.
