Thomas has a bone spur in his foot, but he will play in Monday's game against the Jazz, the New York Times reports.

Thomas will undergo an MRI examination Tuesday, presumably to see if there is any damage beyond the bone spur. He saw 24 minutes of playing time in Thursday's loss to the Trail Blazers and another 17 minutes against the Clippers on Sunday. Health permitting, Thomas should continue to be a significant part of the rotation while Carmelo Anthony (knee) and Tyson Chandler (neck/knee) remain out of the lineup.
