Before Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant, the 2007 Golden State Warriors were arguably the most memorable edition of the franchise's past three decades. In pulling off the upset as the No. 8 seed against the No. 1 Dallas Mavericks, that squad became ensconced in NBA lore.
Before Game 1 against the Utah Jazz on Tuesday, players from that 2007 team were honored, with names like Baron Davis and Stephen Jackson acknowledging the crowd.
Oh, and Matt Barnes, who plays for the Warriors now, played for that team as well.
