The Cleveland Browns settled on who they'll pick with their No. 1 draft choice two weeks ago, and "only three or four people in the world" know, general manager Sashi Brown informed NFL Network's Mike Silver.

The team has previously stated it won't make that selection public before the pick is made Thursday night.

Most draft analysts project the choice is between Texas A&M defensive end Myles Garrett and North Carolina quarterback Mitch Trubisky. A report surfaced Wednesday that the two prospects are square in consideration.

At least one thing appears clear: the Browns don't intend to trade the top pick - a possibility they floated earlier in the offseason.
