Note: Ohio State cornerback Gareon Conley was slotted in at No. 11 for the Saints prior to the surfacing of allegations brought against him in a Cleveland police report.

11. New Orleans Saints - Reuben Foster, LB, Alabama

Even with the combine incident and failed drug test, Foster is just too talented to slip any further. Easily one of the most polished linebacker prospects in recent memory, the Alabama product bolsters what's long been an awful Saints defense.

12. Cleveland Browns (via PHI) - Patrick Mahomes, QB, Texas Tech

Cleveland sits tight at No. 12 and finally gets a quarterback to build around. Mahomes will almost certainly have a significant transition period, but his upside is clear. Hue Jackson should have as good a chance as any coach to make the most out of Mahomes' raw talent.

13. Arizona Cardinals - Jonathan Allen, DL, Alabama

Arizona's defensive line looks like a disaster following the free-agent departure of Calais Campbell. Landing Allen can be considered an ideal scenario to fill that void. Much like Campbell, he'd be an every-down contributor who is a problem for offenses as a pass-rusher and in the run game.

14. Philadelphia Eagles (via MIN) - Derek Barnett, EDGE, Tennessee

Pressing as the cornerback need may be, it'd be tough to pass up the opportunity to address the pass-rush group with an edge player of Barnett's caliber. The SEC's all-time sack leader could maintain his high level of production in Jim Schwartz's defense.

15. Indianapolis Colts - Kevin King, CB, Washington

After adding to the front seven in free agency, the Colts have to find a way to upgrade the cornerback position alongside Vontae Davis. Here, they do so with one of the draft's most impressive athletes. King has the size and speed to be a dominant man-to-man corner.

16. Baltimore Ravens - Haason Reddick, LB, Temple

Reddick has enjoyed a meteoric rise throughout draft season, and it's completely warranted. Capable of playing off the ball and as part of an edge-rush rotation, he'd be an important chess piece in rounding out a stout Ravens defensive front seven.

17. Washington Redskins - Malik McDowell, DL, Michigan State

Rumblings about his personality, fit, and effort make McDowell a complete wild card. The talent, however, is undeniable. If there's a team in the first round that may be willing to take a chance on the potential for sheer dominance, it could very well be Washington. The Redskins' defensive interior is in rough shape.

18. Tennessee Titans - Corey Davis, WR, Western Michigan

Davis may only be available at this spot because of an ankle injury that prevented him from participating in pre-draft workouts. The Titans take full advantage, scooping up the best receiver available to finally give Marcus Mariota a top target in the passing game.

19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Budda Baker, S, Washington

Baker isn't getting nearly enough attention leading up to the draft. Capable of playing deep, in the box, or sliding out to cover the slot, the Washington standout isn't far behind the consensus top safety talents. That versatility would be a major addition to the Tampa Bay secondary.

20. Denver Broncos - Cam Robinson, OT, Alabama

The first offensive lineman comes off the board to a team that needs help up front in the worst way. Robinson would be a Day 1 starter on the left side in Denver, providing a boost in pass protection and helping to lead the way on the ground.
