Dwight Clark thanks fans for support in 1st tweet since ALS announcement

For the first time since announcing his ALS diagnosis in mid-March, legendary San Francisco 49ers wideout Dwight Clark took to Twitter on Friday night to thank his fans for their support.
Clark spent his entire nine-year career with the 49ers, winning Super Bowl rings in 1981 and '84.
