'You think it's a joke': Westbrook brings 'best friend' to media scrum

Y'all thought Russell Westbrook was joking?

The MVP co-favorite is dead serious about having only one friend when he's on the court. Westbrook went so far as to bring a basketball to a media scrum to illustrate that point.

"I think y'all misunderstood what I was saying," Westbrook explained. "Y'all don't understand the importance of what I'm saying. You think it's a joke or some sh-t. This is a serious thing, this is something that is important."

"When I get on the floor, this (basketball) is the most important thing for me to do what I need to do, so it's actually not a joke. It's actually real sh-t."
