C.J. Miles was THIS close to pulling off the Game 1 upset.
The 6-foot-6 swingman found the ball in his hands with his Indiana Pacers down one, taking Richard Jefferson off the dribble and pulling up for an off-balanced jumper that just missed the mark.
The Cleveland Cavaliers took the game 109-108, extending LeBron James' streak of first-round victories to 18.
