Dale Zanine-USA TODAY Sports
Free-agent running back Adrian Peterson will spend at least two nights in New Orleans, as he is scheduled to land in town and have dinner with team representatives on Monday and visit the facilities on Tuesday, according to Josina Anderson of ESPN.
The meeting between Peterson and the Saints was first reported Thursday by NFL Network's Heath Evans.
Peterson, a free agent since being released by the Minnesota Vikings, met with the New England Patriots last week but left without a deal. He has also visited with the Seattle Seahawks.
The veteran of 10 seasons turned 32 years old in late March.
