Report: Vikings hosting Latavius Murray on free-agent visit
Latavius Murray's free-agent tour will reportedly continue Tuesday in Minnesota.
The Vikings are meeting with the former Oakland Raiders running back as they explore their options on the open market, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Murray joins Eddie Lacy among veteran ball-carriers to meet with the Vikings. With Lacy having since joined the Seattle Seahawks, though, perhaps Murray can be considered a top target in the event Minnesota opts against re-signing Adrian Peterson.
Also in the mix for the 27-year-old's services are the Jacksonville Jaguars, who reportedly hosted him on an official visit Monday.
Murray is testing the market for the first time in his career after posting 788 rushing yards and 12 touchdowns in the final season of his rookie deal the Oakland Raiders.
