Goran Dragic's right eye swelling wasn't reduced much overnight, so was kept out of Sunday's game against the Indiana Pacers after taking an elbow in Saturday's Miami Heat victory over the Toronto Raptors.

The point guard currently can't see out of the eye, he told the Sun Sentinel's Ira Winderman. "He really wanted to be out there to play but the smart thing for us to do is to sit him," Heat coach Erik Spoelstra added.
Josh Richardson should see extended minutes at the point while Dragic is sidelined.
