Portland Trail Blazers fans are over the moon about their new center.

Jusuf Nurkic continues to thrive following a trade from the Denver Nuggets. The Bosnian brute dropped 28 points, 20 rebounds, eight assists, and six blocks to help the Blazers snatch a crucial OT victory away from the Philadelphia 76ers on Thursday.

He posted career highs in all four categories, but Nurkic said in his postgame interview that he was only focused on winning.

"I'm not worried about stats. I just want to win, and I think we should win easier than this one, but I'll take any win. We need to go to the playoffs and I want to go there," Nurkic said in front of an adoring Moda Center crowd.

Portland has won four in a row to climb back into the playoff race, thanks in large part to Nurkic, who's averaging 20 points, 11.5 rebounds, 5.8 assists, and 2.8 blocks during the win streak.

"I'm pretty sure everybody right now has Nurkic fever," he said.
