Liverpool fans lampoon Jamie Carragher for wearing Everton top
Look away Liverpool fans.
Reds legend Jamie Carragher added salt to the wound for Liverpool supporters a day after their team got battered by Leicester City when he took to Twitter to promote his upcoming interview with Everton striker Romelu Lukaku.
Interviewing a member of Liverpool's rival is an understandable part of the job, but it was the tracksuit he opted to wear that drew the ire of Reds fans as Carragher unabashedly flaunted a Toffees training top and shorts.

Needless to say, Liverpool fans were quick to point out the fashion faux pas:
@Carra23 @SkySportsNewsHQ huhhhhhh! You okay Carra? ;((

Carragher attempted to quell the backlash by explaining that the intimidating presence of Duncan Ferguson - who once headbutted a policeman and received a three-month jail term for assaulting an opponent on the pitch - left him with no choice:
Big Dunc & Lukaku were waiting at the entrance with the kit, wasn't easy to say no! https://t.co/ergrTwfwG8
