Minnesota dealt Indiana's decreasing NCAA tournament chances a devastating blow on Wednesday, using an Akeem Springs layup with three seconds left to knock off Indiana, and sending Tom Crean's job security further into question.

Springs missed his first 10 shots on the night, but was able to gain his shooting touch when the Golden Gophers needed it most.

The Hoosiers have now lost four straight games and six of their last seven, and it appears they will be left out of the NCAA tournament for the second time in four years.
